The tweeds used in this peice are from Cushedun ( Kilkenny, the blue tweeds- two versions) and the green are from McNutts ( Donegal- the green)

I use wool, cotton threads, silk, and Irish wool tweeds to echo the land’s rich textures and tones.

Each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork — no prints, no reproductions, just 100% handmade textile art capturing the quiet beauty of the Irish landscape.

Using free motion embroidery I have sketched the outline of fir trees on the horizon.

The inner landscape measures 12cm x 12cm, beautifully mounted and set within a white wood and glass Irish-made frame (26cm x 26cm) see picture of framed landscape, example only— ready to hang or gift.
